Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing (Made-to-Order)
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment.
Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, or new releases).
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order ships, delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Total estimated delivery time:
2–7 business days (processing) + 3–7 business days (shipping)
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
You can also track your shipment anytime using our Order Tracking page on the website.
Split Shipments / Multiple Packages
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in more than one package. If that happens, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping may require an additional shipping charge.
Delivery Issues (Delayed, Lost, or Marked Delivered)
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
- check around your delivery location (porch, side door, mailbox/parcel locker)
- check with household members or neighbors
If you still can’t locate your package, contact us with your order number and we’ll assist with next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
